I haven't blogged since last January and I should feel bad about myself, but I don't..
Here's a short story I just wrote. -its my first draft of my english project for college-.
It has been a long time since Faye went wandering around the town by herself. She used to go to the local park and sit in front of the angel sculpture underneath the little fountain, reading a book or staring at the pretty daffodils and enjoying the spring breeze. She became dedicated to her house and family ever since she and her husband had a newborn. She barely had a little time alone, people come to visit her all the time to congratulate them. Not that she disliked communicating with others but little isolation is needed every now and then.

That morning, Faye asked her husband to stop watching television to watch the baby. "I'm going out for a while, I need some fresh air and sun ray." she said as she walked out to the front porch.
Faye packed her art supplies that she hasn't touched in years and some sandwiches too, she didn't know how long this "Isolation" will take. She waved at her neighbours when she walked by them and she helped Mrs. Stone with picking up some oranges that fell from her and placed them in the basket.
Finally, Faye got to her regular spot at the park. She took a deep breath and smiled. "You're smile, Faye, brighten up my world." her husband used to say to her every now and then. Indeed, she has a beautiful smile, the one that brings up every good memory you have ever had once you look at her.
She took out a pencil and started sketching the view in front of her on her medium sized sketch book. Sitting on the grass and drawing while listening to the birds tweeting is certainly overwhelming. I could do this all day long, its a quiet place surrounding with peace, she thought. But, after a while she felt something, she noticed that this place is so quiet, its driving her insane. Maybe she got used to the baby crying or the neighbours yelling at each other or whatever. But she most certainly knew that this place will never feel the same anymore. Faye loved coming here. by herself. but now, she felt so lonely. She didn't know what was it. maybe it was her, feeling all guilty about leaving her husband to deal with the baby all alone like she was running away from her responsibilities or maybe she was just missing sight of her little family. It did't matter now, Faye got up, packed her sketch book and lunch box and walked back home to her husband and little baby, giving the angelic fountain one last glance.
Looks like an interesting story ♡ keep it up ;D
